When Eugen started the course in October, he was working in the role of NHS Administrator within the NHS. His main duties were administrative and customer service work. Eugen enrolled onto the course with the purpose of upskilling and progressing within his organisation.

Eugen undertook the Introduction to Data Analysis course with training provider Readynez who are an Authorised Microsoft Learning Partner.

Undertaking the Data Analysis course demonstrated to Eugen’s employer that he was driven and was committed to developing skills that would benefit his career and the business. As a result, the training helped him to progress and secure a new role as a Governance Facilitator on a higher salary than his Administrator role.

Eugen said, “When I interviewed for the job, I mentioned this certificate and the interviewers were impressed, I am very happy about this job, and it has an increase in salary”.
