In a tech-driven world, it would be fair to assume that Computer Science graduates like James* would have fantastic career prospects. But as is the case for many graduates, it can be the soft skills and work experience employers demand which they need support with.
James was really struggling to find work in the UK, despite being open to other sectors and any role. After three years of fruitless job searching his confidence was low and he was questioning what he was doing wrong.

This empowered him to sell himself in job applications and interviews, and he was soon offered a permanent role on the shop floor within a large manufacturer of windows and doors in Warwickshire.
