Kafayat was unemployed and joined the Restart Scheme with Ingeus in Dudley. After her first meeting with her Job Coach, Kafayat was referred to Embark Learning Care Academy, a training company based in Birmingham. With support and advice from her Job Coach, Kafayet successfully completed her training and went on to secure employment with Fairway Homecare, an agency who help care providers in supplying care professionals.

As well as securing employment, Kafayet has continued making consistent progress and is happy with her role at Fairway Homecare. On top of her day job, Kafayat is currently studying a Level 4 Digital Leadership and Management course, with aspirations to continue developing her career path.

Fairways recently awarded Kafayat with a certificate of outstanding achievement in recognition of her hard work and dedication. Kafayet serves as a fantastic example of what participants can achieve through the Restart Scheme – well done Kafayet!
