Faiza is now thriving as a shop manager, working 14 hours a week. She has successfully completed her ESOL Entry Level 1 and is diligently working towards her Entry 2 qualification. Her ultimate goal is to pursue a career in hair and beauty, and she is determined to achieve her dream once she meets the necessary ESOL requirements.

As Faiza continues her journey, she is determined to overcome any obstacles and create a brighter future for herself.
