Jessica had no clear direction and struggled with motivation. She was open to any job opportunity, with her goal to avoid returning to the care industry and find a career path that would allow her to progress.
Joining the Restart Scheme, Jessica was assigned Martin from Ingeus as her Job Coach. Martin worked closely with Jessica to enhance her employability skills, particularly addressing her challenges with punctuality and motivation. Martin emphasised the importance of regular attendance, explaining how it would enable him to provide tailored support and help her apply for suitable jobs.
Recognising Jessica's strong communication skills and desire for a people-oriented role in a busy environment, Martin identified an opportunity with mobile communications company, EE, as an ideal fit. With encouragement from Martin and additional support from Employer Account Manager, James, Jessica successfully secured a position as a Billing & Technical Agent.
