Restart Scheme
Jade was unemployed and joined the Restart Scheme in April 2024. Jade was assigned Alex Crowther from Ingeus as her Job Coach in their Dudley office.
In a short space of time, Jade has made some fantastic progress working with Alex on the Restart Scheme. Jade has a keen interest in beauty and aesthetics and this interest sparked a referral from Alex to Momentic. Momentic is a leading Enterprise Development organisation who help deliver self-employment support, business advice, coaching and growth. The support from Momentic has helped her start and develop her business.
With help from the Restart Scheme, Jade’s business is going from strength to strength. With the rate of growth she has at the moment, she expects to be self-sufficient with her business soon. Thanks to her hard work and the Restart Scheme, Jade was recently recognised for her progress at the UK Beauty Awards, where she won an award for her progress in Glow Up Beauty and Training. Well done Jade!
