Having applied the same rigour to finding new work as he had to every job he’d held, rejection had turned to dejection for a metal work specialist who recently joined the Restart Scheme. Not many organisations are aware that they may be able to access training funding from other businesses. The Government has a webpage dedicated to businesses of any size being able to identify funding opportunities available to them through using the funds from larger organisations.

It is assumed that a degree is a clear route into employment, however many graduates such as James struggle as it is often the soft skills and work experience which employers are looking for.
